Course objectives
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to ~

• Understand the legal implications of recruitment
• Be aware of the nature of the employment contract
• Prepare job descriptions and person specifications
• Understand and apply questioning techniques
• Know what to look for in a reference
• Appreciate the importance and benefits of diversity
