Managing flexible workers

Whether managing teams of remote workers, part-time staff or simply those who work staggered hours, today's managers need a different skills set if an organisation and its people are to benefit from flexible working.

Who is it for?
Managers and supervisors who currently manage or will soon be managing flexible or remote workers.

Course objectives
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Assess jobs for flexible working
• Manage the development and performance of flexible workers
• Handle day to day issues that crop up
• Understand the issues involved with home/remote working
