We offer a variety of training sessions which can be combined together to create a course which is most suitable for your individual organisation's requirements. We offer a combination of core sessions (which we consider are essential to gaining a good understanding of cultural diversity and cross-cultural awareness) and a wide selection of optional sessions from which we hope you will find a match for your own requirements.
There are two main courses offered. Cultural Diversity focuses on diversity issues in the UK workplace whereas Cross-Cultural Awareness is designed as a broader approach to enhancing cross-cultural awareness and may have more appeal for those working internationally. The core sessions are planned to provide the basic knowledge required in each of the two areas. This could be run as a stand alone course, or it can be supplemented with optional sessions from either area. As a guideline, two optional sessions will create a one-day course. If you need more sessions, let us know which you are interested in and we will develop a proposal for you.
Many of the sessions use case studies which have been developed from practical examples. All sessions are designed to be interactive and we encourage full participation from members of the group.
